4 Schweid & Sons patties
12 celery leaves
4 Tbsp Hot Sauce, or more to taste
4 hamburger buns
8 Tbsp crumbled Blue Cheese
4 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.  Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper and grill 5-6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
  2. While cooking, toast buns and prep ingredients.
  3. Burger build: bottom bun, blue cheese dressing, celery leaves, burger, crumbled blue cheese, drizzle hot sauce, top bun.
